Craig brought us his Audi SQ5 to see what we could do with just a Burger Motorsports JB4 chip and our custom dyno tuning.
With the same 3.0L turbo V6 as the S4, the SQ5 has plenty of potential to make very decent power with minimal mods.
With the car still under factory warranty and serviced by the dealership, we performed a stealth install of the JB4 unit, with all required wiring ran through with factory wiring and completely hidden from view.
Next we hit the dyno to see what we could achieve with some tweaks!
We saw decent gains over stock with just a few extra psi over factory.
30kw/75nm at the wheels gains are nothing to be sneezed at, and the car now drives how it should have from the factory. Big torque down low, instant throttle response and a strong pull to redline give it more than enough punch to get it moving quickly from a stop.
